V N\u011bmecku se na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm o prok\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed elektrotechnick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed energetick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (<a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/nelev-500-kwp-stresni-systemy-nyni-rychleji-na-siti\/\">NELEV<\/a>) a technick\u00e9 p\u0159ipojovac\u00ed podm\u00ednky VDE (<strong>VDE-AR-N 4105, 4110 a 4120<\/strong>) po\u017eadavky na tyto certifik\u00e1ty. <strong>Certifika\u010dn\u00ed povinnost<\/strong> se vztahuje na v\u0161echny v\u00fdrobn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159ipojen\u00e1 k s\u00edti n\u00edzk\u00e9ho, vysok\u00e9ho a velmi vysok\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed. Certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159edlo\u017een p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9mu dodavateli energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Velikosti za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, povinnosti a certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed <strong>od 135 kWp do 500 kWp a do 270 kW p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti: <\/strong>Od sol\u00e1rn\u00edho bal\u00ed\u010dku I, kter\u00fd vstoupil v platnost v polovin\u011b roku 2024, plat\u00ed pro v\u0161echny FVE s v\u00fdkonem do 500 kWp a p\u0159ipojovac\u00edm v\u00fdkonem maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 270 kW zjednodu\u0161en\u00e9 certifik\u00e1ty za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, resp. <strong>Certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typ B<\/strong>. Toto plat\u00ed pro p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k n\u00edzkonap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 s\u00edti i pro p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti vysok\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed. Oba typy za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spadaj\u00ed od t\u00e9 doby pod pravidla p\u0159ipojen\u00ed. <strong>VDE-AR-N 4105<\/strong> a jsou osvobozena od povinnosti certifikace. Pro takov\u00e9 p\u0159ipojen\u00ed sta\u010d\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9mu provozovateli s\u00edt\u011b p\u0159edlo\u017eit jednotliv\u00e9 certifik\u00e1ty komponent, jako jsou st\u0159\u00edda\u010de, ochrann\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nebo sol\u00e1rn\u00ed moduly. Aby provozovatel\u00e9 elektr\u00e1ren nemuseli dodate\u010dn\u011b zaji\u0161\u0165ovat a pod\u00e1vat jednotliv\u00e9 certifik\u00e1ty komponent, existuje od l\u00e9ta 2024 datab\u00e1ze EZE. Od t\u00e9 doby jsou v\u00fdrobci komponent povinni tam certifik\u00e1ty ukl\u00e1dat, aby se sn\u00ed\u017eil byrokratick\u00fd n\u00e1klad pro v\u0161echny z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00e9 strany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed <strong>nad 500 kWp do 1 MWp nebo nad 270 kW v\u00fdstupn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu: <\/strong>Tyto FV syst\u00e9my spadaj\u00ed pod pravidlo p\u0159ipojen\u00ed <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/vde-ar-n-4110-pravidla-pro-pripojeni-fve-v-distribucni-siti-stredniho-napeti\/\">VDE-AR-N 4110<\/a><\/strong>. Pro n\u011b je v\u0161ak typ B certifik\u00e1t Anlage <strong>povinn\u00e9<\/strong>. I zde posta\u010duje p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed certifik\u00e1t\u016f v\u00fdrobce. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pro takov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s v\u00fdkonem od 135 kWp do 1 MWp ve st\u0159edn\u00edm nap\u011bt\u00ed byla pravidla pro p\u0159ipojen\u00ed VDE-AR-N 4110 v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2023 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ena o zjednodu\u0161en\u00e9 individu\u00e1ln\u00ed postupy prokazov\u00e1n\u00ed. V praxi se v\u0161ak v sou\u010dasnosti st\u00e1le ukazuje, \u017ee schvalovac\u00ed a certifika\u010dn\u00ed procesy u t\u011bchto velikost\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mezi potenci\u00e1ln\u00edmi provozovateli fotovoltaick\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fdmi oper\u00e1tory je\u0161t\u011b nejsou uhrazeny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<strong> p\u0159es 950 kWp<\/strong>: FV nebo v\u00fdrobn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s v\u00fdkonem vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e 950 kWp mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat komplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed <strong>Certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typu A<\/strong> p\u0159edv\u00e9st. V\u017edy jsou p\u0159ipojeny k s\u00edti n\u00edzk\u00e9ho, vysok\u00e9ho a velmi vysok\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed a plat\u00ed pro n\u011b tud\u00ed\u017e p\u0159ipojovac\u00ed pravidla VDE-AR-N 4110 nebo 4120. Podle toho jsou u t\u011bchto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u017edy povinn\u00e1 certifik\u00e1ty za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typu A a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 p\u0159ipojovac\u00ed pravidla. Certifika\u010dn\u00ed proces je p\u0159itom v\u00fdrazn\u011b rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed a podrobn\u011b prov\u011b\u0159uje v\u0161echny komponenty a s\u00ed\u0165ovou shodu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typ B<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typu B nab\u00edz\u00ed provozovatel\u016fm fotovoltaick\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren st\u0159edn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu \u0159adu v\u00fdhod a zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edch zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euj\u00ed jak n\u00e1mahu, tak n\u00e1klady na certifikaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kl\u00ed\u010dovou v\u00fdhodou je <strong>zjednodu\u0161en\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong>Rozsah zkou\u0161ek je omezen na podstatn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky, \u010d\u00edm\u017e odpadaj\u00ed zkou\u0161ky vliv\u016f na s\u00ed\u0165 nebo dynamick\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Toto omezen\u00ed zaji\u0161\u0165uje rychlej\u0161\u00ed certifika\u010dn\u00ed proces a t\u00edm v\u00fdrazn\u011b zkracuje f\u00e1zi pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed do provozu. Provozovatel\u00e9 tak t\u011b\u017e\u00ed z rychlej\u0161\u00edho a efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a d\u0159\u00edve dos\u00e1hnou p\u0159ipojen\u00ed sv\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed k s\u00edti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tak\u00e9 <strong>ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi n\u00e1klady<\/strong> a <strong>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee<\/strong> \u010din\u00ed typ B zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b atraktivn\u00edm. N\u00e1klady na certifik\u00e1t jsou v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u certifik\u00e1tu typu A. Men\u0161\u00ed rozsah zkou\u0161ky vy\u017eaduje m\u00e9n\u011b dokumentace a usnad\u0148uje pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, co\u017e je zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 pro mal\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u00ed provozovatele za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho klesaj\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mzdov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady, jeliko\u017e zjednodu\u0161en\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vy\u017eaduje m\u00e9n\u011b person\u00e1lu pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed certifikace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodou je <strong>Rychlej\u0161\u00ed uveden\u00ed do provozu<\/strong>Pro podporu vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie mohou akreditovan\u00e9 certifika\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny nebo provozovatel\u00e9 s\u00edt\u00ed vyd\u00e1vat certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typu B prozat\u00edmn\u011b do konce roku 2025. Toto prozat\u00edmn\u00ed vyd\u00e1n\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje zrychlen\u00e9 uveden\u00ed do provozu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e mohou provozovatel\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edve profitovat z v\u00fdkupn\u00edch cen elekt\u0159iny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kone\u010dn\u011b typ B nab\u00edz\u00ed <strong>Flexibilita v dokumentaci<\/strong>. Chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed d\u016fkazy a dokumenty lze dolo\u017eit ve lh\u016ft\u011b 18 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje postupn\u00e9, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b n\u00e1kladov\u011b efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed. Provozovatel\u00e9 tak mohou rovnom\u011brn\u011bji rozlo\u017eit administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e a optim\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ipravit sv\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Celkov\u011b p\u0159edstavuje certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typu B cennou \u00falevu pro provozovatele FVE, kte\u0159\u00ed provozuj\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a cht\u011bj\u00ed proces certifikace zvl\u00e1dnout rychle, n\u00e1kladov\u011b efektivn\u011b a s men\u0161\u00edm \u00fasil\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typu A<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typu A je povinn\u00fd pro fotovoltaick\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny s v\u00fdkonem nad 950 kWp a zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee velk\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny, kter\u00e9 mohou m\u00edt v\u00fdznamn\u00fd dopad na elektrickou s\u00ed\u0165, spl\u0148uj\u00ed <strong>nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed technick\u00e9<\/strong> a <strong>bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch standard\u016f<\/strong> odpov\u00eddat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Typ A zahrnuje <strong>v\u0161echny zkou\u0161ky<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed v\u0161echny relevantn\u00ed aspekty koncepce za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a kompatibility se s\u00edt\u00ed, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed hladce integrovat do s\u00edt\u011b. To zahrnuje nap\u0159\u00edklad anal\u00fdzu vliv\u016f na s\u00ed\u0165 a dynamick\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Certifikace potvrzuje, \u017ee za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spl\u0148uje platn\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy VDE a NELEV, zejm\u00e9na pokud jde o <strong>Kvalita nap\u011bt\u00ed<\/strong>, frekven\u010dn\u00ed regulaci a elektromagnetickou kompatibilitu. To chr\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 a zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bude po celou dobu provozu pracovat v souladu se s\u00edt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krom\u011b toho existuj\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 <strong>Dolo\u017enostn\u00ed povinnosti<\/strong>. Provozovatel\u00e9 mus\u00ed p\u0159edlo\u017eit podrobn\u00fd koncept ochrany a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kompletn\u00ed technickou dokumentaci a obs\u00e1hl\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy z testov\u00e1n\u00ed. Tyto po\u017eadavky zaru\u010duj\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a stabiln\u00ed p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti a poskytuj\u00ed provozovateli s\u00edt\u011b jistotu, \u017ee jsou spln\u011bny v\u0161echny technick\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dnostn\u011b relevantn\u00ed po\u017eadavky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typu A zaji\u0161\u0165uje bezporuchov\u00fd provoz v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch fotovoltaick\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren a posiluje stabilitu elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b d\u00edky p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdm zkou\u0161k\u00e1m a rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm na dokumentaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rozd\u00edly mezi typem A a typem B<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1ty za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typu A a typu B se li\u0161\u00ed rozsahem zkou\u0161ek a slo\u017eitost\u00ed, nikoli v\u0161ak z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi technick\u00fdmi po\u017eadavky nebo hardwarem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1t za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed typu B zahrnuje zjednodu\u0161en\u00e9 zku\u0161ebn\u00ed postupy, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm <strong>elektrick\u00e9 vlastnosti<\/strong> v\u00fdrobn\u00edch jednotek, chov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed statick\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed a koncepci ochrany a regulace, \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010dinn\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti s\u00edt\u011b. Mezi hlavn\u00ed komponenty pat\u0159\u00ed sol\u00e1rn\u00ed panely, st\u0159\u00edda\u010de a kabel\u00e1\u017en\u00ed syst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 jsou testov\u00e1ny na sv\u016fj v\u00fdkon a kvalitu, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 funkce.
