Na rozd\u00edl od obecn\u00e9ho zamezen\u00ed emis\u00ed CO\u2082 je jejich c\u00edlem v\u00e1zat existuj\u00edc\u00ed nebo nevyhnuteln\u00e9 sklen\u00edkov\u00e9 plyny d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e se dostanou do zemsk\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je CCS - zachycov\u00e1n\u00ed a ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed uhl\u00edku?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CCS je technologie, jej\u00edm\u017e c\u00edlem je zachycovat, p\u0159epravovat a trvale ukl\u00e1dat oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd (CO\u2082) p\u0159\u00edmo u zdroje emis\u00ed - nap\u0159\u00edklad v elektr\u00e1rn\u00e1ch nebo pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch. Proces se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze t\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u00edch krok\u016f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Odd\u011blen\u00ed CO\u2082<\/strong>CO\u2082 je z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f odfiltrov\u00e1n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Doprava<\/strong>Zachycen\u00fd CO\u2082 se p\u0159epravuje potrub\u00edm nebo jin\u00fdm dopravn\u00edm prost\u0159edkem na vhodn\u00e9 m\u00edsto skladov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00dalo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b<\/strong>CO\u2082 se \u010derp\u00e1 do podzemn\u00edch geologick\u00fdch formac\u00ed, jako jsou pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1 plynov\u00e1 nebo ropn\u00e1 pole, kde m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt bezpe\u010dn\u011b ulo\u017een.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdhody CCS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Trval\u00e9 ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed CO\u2082 zabra\u0148uje uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed plyn\u016f, kter\u00e9 po\u0161kozuj\u00ed klima, do atmosf\u00e9ry. To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b dekarbonizuj\u00ed, jako je cement\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd, ocel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd a chemick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl. Zde m\u016f\u017ee CCS hr\u00e1t kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed tam, kde samotn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie nesta\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je CCU - zachycov\u00e1n\u00ed a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed uhl\u00edku?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na rozd\u00edl od CCS se CCU zam\u011b\u0159uje na recyklaci CO\u2082. Zachycen\u00fd oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd se nejen zachycuje, ale tak\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako surovina v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch. P\u0159\u00edklady pou\u017eit\u00ed technologi\u00ed CCU zahrnuj\u00ed nap\u0159.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chemick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl<\/strong>CO\u2082 se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k v\u00fdrob\u011b paliv, plast\u016f nebo chemik\u00e1li\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stavebnictv\u00ed<\/strong>CO\u2082 lze p\u0159id\u00e1vat do betonu, co\u017e rovn\u011b\u017e zvy\u0161uje pevnost materi\u00e1lu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl<\/strong>CO\u2082 se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b sycen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f nebo p\u0159i konzervaci potravin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdhody CCU<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>CCU podporuje ob\u011bhov\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje CO\u2082 na produkty, kter\u00e9 lze ekonomicky vyu\u017e\u00edt. T\u00edm nejen odstra\u0148uje CO\u2082 z ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nov\u00e9 obchodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti pro pr\u016fmysl. CO\u2082 se v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee pozd\u011bji uvolnit p\u0159i likvidaci nebo spalov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto produkt\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CCS a CCU: rozd\u00edly a podobnosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edlem CCS i CCU je sn\u00ed\u017eit mno\u017estv\u00ed CO\u2082 v atmosf\u00e9\u0159e, ale li\u0161\u00ed se v tom, \u017ee se sna\u017e\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit mno\u017estv\u00ed CO\u2082 v atmosf\u00e9\u0159e. <strong>Dlouhodob\u00fd charakter jejich \u00fa\u010dinku<\/strong>. Zat\u00edmco p\u0159i CCS se CO\u2082 trvale ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 do geologick\u00fdch formac\u00ed, p\u0159i CCU se znovu vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 a \u010dasto z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m cyklu. V z\u00e1vislosti na kone\u010dn\u00e9m produktu v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt op\u011bt uvoln\u011bn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob\u011b technologie jsou v\u0161ak pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za kl\u00ed\u010d ke klimatick\u00e9 neutralit\u011b, proto\u017ee mnoho pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00ed v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b st\u00e1le nen\u00ed schopno zm\u011bnit sv\u00e9 procesy a v\u00fdrobu tak, aby byly neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed z hlediska emis\u00ed CO\u2082. To plat\u00ed zejm\u00e9na pro odv\u011btv\u00ed, jako je v\u00fdroba oceli a cementu, kter\u00e1 produkuj\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed CO\u2082. CCS a CCU zde nab\u00edzej\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, jak minimalizovat emise CO\u2082 a dos\u00e1hnout tak c\u00edle \u010dist\u00fdch nulov\u00fdch emis\u00ed. Oba z\u00e1kony upravuj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad schvalovac\u00ed postupy pro v\u00fdstavbu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 infrastruktury, potrub\u00ed CO\u2082 a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed standardy. V\u0161echny kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 body jsou shrnuty v tzv. strategii \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdzvy a kritika<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Navzdory potenci\u00e1lu technologi\u00ed CCS a CCU existuj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 kritick\u00e9 body a v\u00fdzvy. Ani jedna z nich nebyla dosud pln\u011b vyvinuta nebo dlouhodob\u011b zkou\u0161ena. V N\u011bmecku byl zat\u00edm realizov\u00e1n pouze jeden pilotn\u00ed projekt ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed CO\u2082 v Braniborsku a v Evrop\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed ke sv\u011btov\u00fdm pr\u016fkopn\u00edk\u016fm pouze Norsko. Nizozemsko v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b p\u0159ipravuje v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b CO\u2082. Odborn\u00edci se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 skladovac\u00ed kapacity se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed pod hladinou Severn\u00edho mo\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch bod\u016f kritiky je vysok\u00e1 cena. <strong>N\u00e1klady a v\u00fddaje na energii<\/strong>. Cel\u00fd proces - od zachycov\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159epravy a\u017e po ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed nebo op\u011btovn\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed CO\u2082 - je technicky slo\u017eit\u00fd a energeticky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. Kritici tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee tyto technologie maj\u00ed ekonomick\u00fd smysl pouze tehdy, pokud je cena CO\u2082 dostate\u010dn\u011b vysok\u00e1 nebo pokud jsou poskytov\u00e1ny rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 dotace. To vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 ot\u00e1zku, zda je finan\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u00e1, zejm\u00e9na pro zem\u011b nebo podniky s omezen\u00fdmi zdroji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem je, \u017ee CCU <strong>Nen\u00ed to trval\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong> proto\u017ee CO\u2082 je v produktech \u010dasto v\u00e1z\u00e1n pouze po kr\u00e1tkou dobu a pozd\u011bji se m\u016f\u017ee op\u011bt uvolnit. Existuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 obavy ohledn\u011b dlouhodob\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti skladov\u00e1n\u00ed CO\u2082 pomoc\u00ed CCS. Existuje riziko, \u017ee by ulo\u017een\u00fd CO\u2082 mohl \u010dasem uniknout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 obavy, \u017ee CCS a CCU by mohly odd\u00e1lit p\u0159echod k obnoviteln\u00fdm zdroj\u016fm energie, proto\u017ee by mohly slou\u017eit jako z\u00e1minka pro dal\u0161\u00ed bezv\u00fdhradn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed fosiln\u00edch paliv. Kritizov\u00e1na je tak\u00e9 omezen\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost CCU, proto\u017ee ve v\u00fdrobc\u00edch je trvale v\u00e1z\u00e1no jen relativn\u011b mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed CO\u2082.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1v\u011br: CCS a CCU jako technologie budoucnosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Navzdory t\u00e9to kritice jsou technologie CCS a CCU d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdmi technologiemi pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed CO\u2082 a nab\u00edzej\u00ed inovativn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jsou ve velk\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na fosiln\u00edch palivech. P\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k boji proti zm\u011bn\u011b klimatu a nab\u00edzej\u00ed ekonomick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti d\u00edky recyklaci CO\u2082. Oba p\u0159\u00edstupy v\u0161ak \u010del\u00ed velk\u00fdm v\u00fdzv\u00e1m: Vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1klady, technick\u00e1 slo\u017eitost a nejistota ohledn\u011b dlouhodob\u00e9 \u017eivotaschopnosti a bezpe\u010dnosti jsou z\u00e1sadn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my. Existuje tak\u00e9 riziko, \u017ee by mohly odd\u00e1lit p\u0159echod na obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie.
