V t\u011bchto bodech se elektrick\u00e1 energie dod\u00e1v\u00e1 do s\u00edt\u011b, distribuuje se nebo se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed mezi r\u016fzn\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1stmi s\u00edt\u011b (nap\u0159. mezi p\u0159enosovou a distribu\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u00ed). Typick\u00fdmi uzly s\u00edt\u011b jsou rozvodny, sp\u00ednac\u00ed stanice nebo transform\u00e1torov\u00e9 stanice, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00fd a efektivn\u00ed tok elekt\u0159iny s\u00edt\u00ed. Dosud je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee provozovatel\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b spojuj\u00ed NVP s jednou <strong>maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed dod\u00e1van\u00fd v\u00fdkon<\/strong> z <strong>100 %<\/strong> dolo\u017eit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dlouh\u00e9 \u010dekac\u00ed doby na p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9mu propojen\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee se v posledn\u00edch letech v\u00fdrazn\u011b zrychlilo roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie a \u017ee n\u011bmeck\u00e1 vl\u00e1da hodl\u00e1 do roku 2030 pokr\u00fdt 80 % v\u00fdroby elekt\u0159iny z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159ipojov\u00e1n\u00ed k s\u00edti <strong>st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji k nedostatk\u016fm<\/strong>. Distribu\u010dn\u00ed provozovatel\u00e9 s\u00edt\u00ed (VNB) nedok\u00e1\u017eou dr\u017eet krok s velk\u00fdm po\u010dtem \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o p\u0159ipojen\u00ed. To m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek dlouh\u00e9 \u010dekac\u00ed doby a rostouc\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti k nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edmu voln\u00e9mu uzlu s\u00edt\u011b (NVP). K tomu nav\u00edc p\u0159istupuj\u00ed dlouh\u00e9 dodac\u00ed lh\u016fty pro transform\u00e1tory a rozvodny, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje <strong>N\u00e1klady na projekty OZE se zv\u00fd\u0161ily<\/strong> a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b dokonce jejich <strong>Ohro\u017een\u00e1 realizace<\/strong>. Z\u00e1konn\u00fd r\u00e1mec, kter\u00fd p\u0159edepisuje, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpoj mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dimenzov\u00e1n na maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ZEO, zde p\u016fsob\u00ed dodate\u010dn\u011b jako brzda. V praxi se tento maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon v\u0161ak z\u0159\u00eddkakdy dos\u00e1hne, proto\u017ee obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie, jako je sol\u00e1rn\u00ed a v\u011btrn\u00e1, dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed nestabiln\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nevyu\u017eit\u00fd potenci\u00e1l s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fdch propojen\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nap\u0159\u00edklad pokud se dnes na p\u0159\u00edpojn\u00fd bod s\u00edt\u011b 150 MW p\u0159ipoj\u00ed fotovoltaick\u00e1 elektr\u00e1rna na voln\u00e9 plo\u0161e s v\u00fdkonem 50 MWp a v\u011btrn\u00fd park s v\u00fdkonem 100 MWp, nesm\u00ed se tam p\u0159ipojit \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee ob\u011b v\u00fdrobn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed z\u0159\u00eddkakdy dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed do s\u00edt\u011b 100 procent sv\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu sou\u010dasn\u011b, zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010das z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>voln\u00e9 kapacity nevyu\u017eity<\/strong>. Komplementarita inteligentn\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch sol\u00e1rn\u00edch a v\u011btrn\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren, kter\u00e9 vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed elekt\u0159inu nerovnom\u011brn\u011b v pr\u016fb\u011bhu jednotliv\u00fdch dn\u016f a ro\u010dn\u00edch obdob\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee rovnom\u011brn\u011bji rozlo\u017eit zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/preposlani-2-0-a-fotovoltaicke-systemy\/\">P\u0159eobjednat<\/a> sn\u00ed\u017eit. Proto je dnes ji\u017e jen m\u00e1lo s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fdch uzl\u016f pln\u011b vyt\u00ed\u017eeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aby se sn\u00ed\u017eily n\u00e1klady na p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti a nezohrozila realizace nov\u00fdch projekt\u016f OZE, je nyn\u00ed na po\u0159adu dne ot\u00e1zka p\u0159ipojen\u00ed n\u011bkolika OZE a \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 spole\u010dn\u011b k bod\u016fm propojen\u00ed se s\u00edt\u00ed, aby se st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed <strong>Efektivn\u011bji vyu\u017e\u00edvat infrastrukturu<\/strong>. To sice pln\u011b nenahrad\u00ed chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b, ale oper\u00e1to\u0159i s\u00edt\u00ed si t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem z\u00edskaj\u00ed alespo\u0148 cenn\u00fd \u010das. Proto odborn\u00edci rad\u00ed p\u0159ipojit n\u011bkolik za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na v\u00fdrobu elekt\u0159iny z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f spole\u010dn\u011b k jednomu bodu p\u0159ipojen\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a tento bod \u201ep\u0159estav\u011bt\u201c, aby se zv\u00fd\u0161ilo jeho vyu\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Naddimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9ho propojovac\u00edho bodu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spolkov\u00e1 asociace pro obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje (BEE) a Fraunhofer\u016fv institut pro energetick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my a technologie (IEE) k tomu nyn\u00ed vydaly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bee-ev.de\/themen\/fachthemen\/netzverknuepfungspunkte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Studie<\/a> provedeno. To ukazuje, \u017ee m\u00edrn\u00fd <strong>Naddimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> v m\u00edstech p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti (p\u0159i p\u0159ipojovac\u00edm v\u00fdkonu 150 %) nevytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159ebytky. To podporuje urychlen\u00fd rozvoj obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie. Aby mohli p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u011bt optim\u00e1ln\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpojek, analyzovali v\u011bdci potenci\u00e1l dod\u00e1vek v\u011btrn\u00e9 a sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energie v cel\u00e9m N\u011bmecku. Do\u0161li k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee i je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed naddimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed (250 %) je bez probl\u00e9m\u016f mo\u017en\u00e9. To by dokonce vedlo k dal\u0161\u00edmu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti propojovac\u00edch bod\u016f. Do\u0161lo by sice k v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm p\u0159ebytk\u016fm elekt\u0159iny, ty by v\u0161ak mohly b\u00fdt smyslupln\u011b vyu\u017eity pomoc\u00ed akumul\u00e1tor\u016f a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro propojen\u00ed sektor\u016f, jako jsou elektrol\u00fdz\u00e9ry. T\u00edm by se tak\u00e9 zabr\u00e1nilo omezov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkonu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na v\u00fdrobu energie z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po\u017eadovan\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u00fapravy k realizaci t\u011bchto opat\u0159en\u00ed by byly nepatrn\u00e9 a mohly by b\u00fdt rychle provedeny. T\u00edm by se projekty realizovaly rychleji, u\u0161et\u0159ily by se n\u00e1klady a zdroje a vznikly by dodate\u010dn\u00e9 pob\u00eddky pro roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 a flexibiln\u00edch bioplynov\u00fdch stanic. Celkov\u011b by to urychlilo a zlevnilo energetickou transformaci, uv\u00e1d\u00ed se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed uzl\u016f pro p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti (NVP) je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pro zrychlen\u00ed rozvoje obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie. Vzhledem k rostouc\u00edmu po\u010dtu po\u017eadavk\u016f na p\u0159ipojen\u00ed a omezen\u00e9 kapacit\u011b s\u00edt\u011b vedou dlouh\u00e9 \u010dekac\u00ed doby a vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1klady ke zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed projekt\u016f. Jeliko\u017e sol\u00e1rn\u00ed a v\u011btrn\u00e1 energie z\u0159\u00eddka dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon do s\u00edt\u011b sou\u010dasn\u011b, z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 mnoho NVP nevyu\u017eito. Jedn\u00edm z \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je spole\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159ipojen\u00ed v\u00edce za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje a \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 energie a m\u00edrn\u00e9 naddimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed uzl\u016f pro p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti. Studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee by to zv\u00fd\u0161ilo efektivitu a sn\u00ed\u017eilo omezen\u00ed v\u00fdkonu.
