V N\u011bmecku m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdroba elekt\u0159iny z v\u011btrn\u00e9 a sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energie klesnout a\u017e na <strong>m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e dv\u011b procenta<\/strong> na <strong>celkov\u00e1 instalovan\u00e1 kapacita<\/strong> pokles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neexistuje standardizovan\u00e1 definice temn\u00e9 krize<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee se tento pojem v debat\u011b o energetice hojn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, existuj\u00ed <strong>\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e1 standardizovan\u00e1 definice<\/strong> s ohledem na d\u00e9lku trv\u00e1n\u00ed a rozsah temn\u00e9 krize. Pokud se zapo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed dva mlhav\u00e9 dny bez v\u011btru, je podle n\u011bmeck\u00e9 meteorologick\u00e9 slu\u017eby pravd\u011bpodobnost v\u00fdskytu tmav\u00e9 tmy dvakr\u00e1t ro\u010dn\u011b. Dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00ed obdob\u00ed temna p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed pro syst\u00e9my v\u00fdroby elekt\u0159iny z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f zna\u010dnou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, nebo\u0165 maj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd dopad na bezpe\u010dnost dod\u00e1vek elekt\u0159iny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rizika temn\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Temn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed p\u0159edstavuje zna\u010dnou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e pro elektrickou s\u00ed\u0165, zejm\u00e9na v syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd je do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry z\u00e1visl\u00fd na obnoviteln\u00fdch nebo nest\u00e1l\u00fdch zdroj\u00edch energie. Kdy\u017e v\u011btrn\u00e9 a sol\u00e1rn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed jen minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed energie, mus\u00ed nastoupit konven\u010dn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny, aby pokryly nedostatek energie. <strong>Stabilita s\u00edt\u011b<\/strong> zajistit stabilitu s\u00edt\u011b. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie nemohou v t\u011bchto f\u00e1z\u00edch pln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt sv\u016fj potenci\u00e1l, zvy\u0161uje se z\u00e1vislost na obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u00edch energie. <strong>fosiln\u00ed paliva<\/strong>co\u017e n\u00e1sledn\u011b zvy\u0161uje emise CO\u2082 v odv\u011btv\u00ed energetiky. To je v rozporu s c\u00edli energetick\u00e9 transformace a Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e9 dohody. Krom\u011b toho mohou m\u00edt vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na zemn\u00ed plyn a uhl\u00ed negativn\u00ed dopad na ceny energie.
