Podle n\u00ed jsou pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hodnoty glob\u00e1ln\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed a rychlosti v\u011btru za uplynul\u00fd rok op\u011bt rekordn\u00ed. Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed v roce 2023 na \u00farovni 1 144 kWh\/m\u00b2 m\u00edrn\u011b pokleslo o 86 kWh\/m\u00b2, ale pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 rychlost v\u011btru vzrostla z 5,62 m\/s v roce 2022 na 5,98 m\/s v roce 2023. <strong>Dlouhodob\u00fd v\u00fdhled<\/strong> to jsou op\u011bt <strong>\u0160pi\u010dkov\u00e9 hodnoty pro obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie<\/strong>. Zejm\u00e9na z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed bylo nejz\u00e1\u0159iv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed od roku 1991 se 124 kWh\/m\u00b2. Velmi siln\u00fd byl tak\u00e9 \u010derven. Podzim 2023 byl nejz\u00e1\u0159iv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed od roku 1991. Zima 2022\/2023 vyk\u00e1zala m\u00edrnou z\u00e1pornou anom\u00e1lii, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e zejm\u00e9na leden byl v\u00fdrazn\u011b slab\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e obvykle. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kladnou anom\u00e1lii m\u011bl st\u0159ed N\u011bmecka, zat\u00edmco ji\u017en\u00ed okraj Alp vykazoval m\u00edrn\u011b z\u00e1pornou anom\u00e1lii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rychlost v\u011btru jako faktor energetick\u00e9ho po\u010das\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rychlost v\u011btru je tak\u00e9 ovlivn\u011bna r\u016fzn\u00fdmi faktory, mezi kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad. <strong>topografick\u00e9 prvky<\/strong>zem\u011bpisn\u00e1 poloha a <strong>Atmosf\u00e9rick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky<\/strong>. Jaro a podzim byly v\u011btrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011br, zat\u00edmco zima byla m\u00edrn\u011b nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1. Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed i rychlost v\u011btru byly na vysok\u00e9 \u00farovni. Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed bylo sice o n\u011bco ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm roce, ale i tak bylo nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9, zejm\u00e9na v n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch, nap\u0159\u00edklad v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a \u010dervnu. V zim\u011b do\u0161lo k m\u00edrn\u00e9mu poklesu, zejm\u00e9na v lednu. Rychlost v\u011btru naopak dos\u00e1hla nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnoty za posledn\u00edch 16 let, a to 5,98 m\/s, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b siln\u00e9 byly m\u011bs\u00edce leden, listopad a prosinec, zat\u00edmco z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed bylo pom\u011brn\u011b bezv\u011btrn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Energetick\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed zohled\u0148uje dva kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 faktory: glob\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed a rychlost v\u011btru. Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zahrnuje celkov\u00e9 slune\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed na zemsk\u00e9m povrchu, je rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed pro v\u00fdrobu sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energie.
