In Bremen m\u00fcssen beispielsweise alle neuen Gro\u00dfparkpl\u00e4tze ab 25 Stellpl\u00e4tzen mit Solarmodulen ausgestattet werden und in Schleswig-Holstein gilt die PV-Pflicht erst ab 100 Stellpl\u00e4tzen. Generell m\u00fcssen, anders als in Frankreich, deutsche Bestandsparkpl\u00e4tze bisher noch nicht mit Photovoltaikanlagen nachger\u00fcstet werden. Bis zu einer einheitlichen Regelung gelten aktuell deshalb nur die l\u00e4nderspezifischen Gesetze. Experten rechnen allerdings damit, dass aufgrund der ehrgeizigen Klimaziele sp\u00e4testens bis zum Jahre 2030 ein einheitliches Bundesgesetz Unternehmen dazu verpflichten muss, Solaranlagen zumindest bei Neubauten bzw. neuen Bodenversiegelungen zu errichten.\u00a0Offen sind dabei die Fragen, ob diese Photovoltaik-Pflicht dann auch f\u00fcr bei Sanierungsma\u00dfnahmen oder gar auf alle
